How did we promote healthy habits and engage policyholders?
Introduction
Federación Patronal ART, a monthly client of our agency, asked us to manage the communication of a program to promote healthy habits within its community of policyholders.
Context
The client needed to achieve this goal through on-site actions as part of their service offering, while also providing virtual resources. Additionally, they sought to connect with two target audiences: the insured individuals and the insurance brokers who market the ART service.
Strategy
We created a clean and modern visual identity that aligned with the company’s traditional corporate culture. We also developed a communication strategy centered on insights from our target audience to guide the content creation process.
The Team
The project team consisted of a project manager specialized in communication, and a graphic and motion designer. The agency founders were also involved in the process.
Presentations for company visits
We designed a presentation combining hard data to challenge the audience to change their habits and memes to connect with the defined insights.

Posters with healthy hacks
We created eye-catching posters featuring messages that encouraged awareness and habit change.

Weekly calendar for active breaks
We developed a weekly calendar to remind employees to take a different active break each day.

Video library with useful information to promote healthy habits
We created a video library where we upload monthly content to promote healthy habits that range from active breaks to nutrition tips.

Mailing campaign with healthy hacks
We shared all this information via email with the insured portfolio.

Social media assets
We designed assets for the company to share all this information on their social media platforms.
