How do we incentivize insurance brokers to sell more through gamification?

The Challenge
We needed insurance brokers to engage with a game designed to help them diversify and grow their policyholder portfolio. Additionally, we aimed to introduce this unique and innovative initiative to the insurance community, as it represented a major milestone for our client's market positioning.
Strategy
For the game's first edition, we developed a powerful branding identity inspired by video game themes, along with a series of explanatory assets to ensure the insurance broker team understood the initiative quickly and easily.
Methodology and Development
We developed a comprehensive proposal combining branding, visual systems, and a continuous communication strategy. Implementation included brand identity, an icon system and usage guides, weekly internal communications, a sustained social media presence, and a Meta Ads campaign. This achieved high engagement and reach within the insurance community, with over 1.7 million impressions, 600,000 unique users, and 16,000 clicks to the Instagram profile.
